SUMMER!! AHHHH

Hey everyone.

Wow.  So it's been a lil while since I've written. Not much has been going on.  Just still stayin' busy with Bubba Soccer School and Work.  All the fun things.

Well Bubba and i are awesome.  He was in colorado right before thanksgiving, so he brought me back a locket and a little mirror with a poem written on it.  It's been a little over 3 months now, we're still happier than ever with each other.

Soccer is going well.  We're #1 in our league, so we get to go to the tournament.  It's next weekend and coach still hasn't told us where it's gonna be at.  It could be anywhere in the state of texas, and we have to be there Saturday.  But I'm excited.  We get to scrimmage with boys tomarrow. 

School is school. It's getting a lot better.  Well my grades are anyway.

Work is crazy.  My bosses have hired so many people that we all only get like 2 or 3 days a week.  It's good b/c we have time for other things, but our pay checks aren't as pretty anymore.  That and i am absolutely SICK of the smell of Philly Cheesesteaks.  It just makes me nausious. Oh well, it's a LOT better than nothing. 

Thanksgiving was good. Dad got a 95 lb. doe that day, then the next got a 10pt. buck!  So yeah, we have a LOT of venison meet from his two and mine and batmans deer.  Its awesome though.

omg, i found my old friend, Lindsay, that i haven't talked to in years!  I was so excited!  I haven't gotten a chance to talk to her yet since i just found her on myspace, but it's so cool!

How AWESOME!!!

Ok, so this weekend i went to the Susan G. Kommen Cancer Run on Saturday morning w/ my family and some 7-11 peeps that work w/mah daddio.  That was a lot of fun.  Batman and i walked the 1 mile and gave out some silicon 7-11 bracelets that smell like Slurpees.  We walked in celebration of Grammy and Mrs. Gail, my dad's mom and boss. It was a lot of fun.  But Batman and i didn't get to dress up again, so that sucks.  So then we went to Oklahoma (like my Sooners colors?!  I know you do. Thanks) and it was really nice to be back up there.  The last time i was up there was when i still liked Brent, which was like during the summer.  Crazy.  I miss it so much there.  But yeah, Batman and Daddio and i went hunting.  That was a lot of fun.  Sunday morning we went out to Brandon's land in Hollis but didn't see a damn thing.  Then we went back to Granite and i worked on Bubba's homecoming garter while they all took a nap.  Then i went into Mangum to see if Dollar General had curling string, which, b/c they're awesome, they did.  Then i stopped by Krista's house and saw the fam.  I went by Brents but it didn't look like anyone was home.  Shucks.  That's ok though. Around 3 we went back out to Hollis.  Around 6:45 the deer started coming out.  Batman got the fist shot since this was her first deer.  So got a doe (94 lbs.-after feild dressing it).  I shot right after her (butting buck- 48lbs.).  I was too close to the scope on the Rem. 270 Win. though, so it kicked back and i seriously thought i'd broken my eye bone.  Either that or get a black eye right before homecoming.  Great.  But i wasn't too worried b/c i was just excited about the deer.

Yeah, so I'm doin' purty good.  Schools not goin' so well.  Work is ok, sorta getting tired of it, but I'm not complainin' since it pays well.  Bubba and i are doin' very well .  Soccer is good, we tied our last game- against our major rivalries.  Purty good.  But the girls this season just aren't very commited.  I was the only one (besides Anika and Raquel-Coach Peters daughters) that showed up at all.  Sorta sad.  But at least i got my practice in.  So how are you guys doing?  I LOVE YOU ALL!

Happy Birthday to me...

Wow, i can't believe I'm already 17.  It's crazy, but i really don't feel that old. well, sometimes i do, but i don't, ya know. 

Well lately i haven't been up to much. I finally had a soccer game yesterday.  We lost 2-1, but considering we started out with 7 people (we finally aquired 11 by the end)  and they had 13, I'd say that's pretty good.  I'm glad they let us play with only 7 people to begin with b/c we're really not supposed to let us play w/less than 9.  Then i had to go to work.  Today i worked 13 hours.  It was a long day.  But Bubba came in and gave me a gorgeous necklace and a beautiful boquet of flowers that i kept next to the register with me, lol.  So that made the whole day go by a lot better.  Then i got home and my family gave me a duvet cover and bed set w/curtains that I've been wanting for a while, so that was really awesome.  But yeah, well I'm gonna go to bed now- tomorrow is my actual birthday, kinda sucks that it's on a monday though, lol.
